1. Preparation of monthly progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors.
2. Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
3. Responsible in Post-contracts administration for both the main contract and subcontracts
4. Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
5. Liaise and establish rapport with Corights, nsultants, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Developers and Contractors on certification of claims for payment.
6. Familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonale priced material.
7. Understanding of the contractual legal, advising the Management on their position of the contract from the tender stage
