- Monitor & supervise team to ensure compliance of work
- Check the quality, workmanship, ensure all standards are being met and ensure accuracy of the items being produced before items are being delivered, installed or collected
- On ground Coordination and monitoring between subcontractors and client
- Ensure relevant paperwork (Safety, PTW etc) is completed, updated and submitted
- Must be able to read Interior design drawings & detailings.
- Managing a team of subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project.
- Daily and weekly progress report
- May involve some late nights / weekends supervision at our job sites
Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant working experience / Operational experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in security systems an advantage
- A good supporter with excellent communication skills with all levels.
- Driving required (Valid Class 3 Driving License)
