systemsGo is now conducting interviews to fill the position of AV Engineer. This is a full- time position in our fast-growing office in Singapore, and comes with standard benefits. Successful candidates will work alongside our team of young professionals to provide desktop engineering support to our prestigious clients.
Responsibilities:
Set up and configure audio and video equipment for meetings, presentations, and events.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment.
•
Assist end-users in operating AV equipment, including troubleshooting advanced issues.
•
Assist in the planning and execution of AV system upgrades and installations.
•
Complete project tasks as instructed by the client
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology preferred
•
At least 3-4 years of experience in audio visual system design, installation, and maintenance
•
VC support experience on Cisco WebEx / Zooms Polycom etc
•
Pro-active, customer focused, and comfortable dealing with end users directly
•
Good communication and inter-personal skills, able to describe issues clearly to end users and client management, and report on results effectively
•
Comfortable working in a team or individually
•
Immediate availability will be an advantage
