Job responsibilities:
Assist with day-day operations in Administrative and HR department.
Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, promotion, etc.
Ensure timely verification of timesheets and submission of payroll, CPF, Tax clearance, etc.
Administration of NS, maternity, childcare, paternity and insurance claims, etc. Handle clearance for resignation/termination/dismissal.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees records.
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Well-versed with Singapore Employment Act
At least 2 years of HR working experience
Meticulous with strong analytical skills
Preferably with Coretrade experience
Preferably with construction industry working experience.
