Our client is a reputable Telco company.They are urgently seeking:


HR Business Partner


The role:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the business Head and HRD and will be

responsible for driving the MyRepublic people plans and ensuring that people processes, programs

and systems are aligned to the Business Unit strategy and objectives.

  • Partners with the business head to drive performance through people by:
  1. Providing advice on a broad range of people issues; influencing business decisions by providing best practice advice.
  2. Helping business head to understand the people's implications of business decisions.
  • Drive people programs and initiatives that create competitive advantage by:
  1. Understanding the business drivers and metrics and providing MD with insights and recommendations relating to his team to influence informed decision making.
  2. Using insights to prioritize HR activity and develop appropriate interventions for teams.
  • Provides professional advice and actions key people practices by:
  1. Developing capability - Identifying key capability gaps; technical and leadership
  2. Managing and building Talent
  • Recommending and taking actions to strengthen the talent pipeline through retention, acquisition and development strategies.
  1. Creating the desired Culture
  • Working with the leadership team to embrace culture, values and create a high performing organization.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to reinforce the desired behaviours that will build the culture.
  • Effectively using a performance management process to create a high-performance culture.
  1. Enhancing Employee engagement
  • Facilitating the development of the action plan to address key areas of focus from the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring alignment with the company action plan.
  • Work with the leadership team to deliver actions that will drive an increase in engagement.
  • Collaborate and provide support to the HRD, HR team members; including projects

Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree in HRM or Business

- Min. 8 years of HRBP experience in a technology industry preferred
