2-6 Months Call Centre Associate
Location: Jurong East
Working days/hours: 5 Days (inclusuive of one weekend)
Duties
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Call customers to inform them about the company’s services and policies
- Answer customers' queries or feedback
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
