Job Description
- Perform procurement tasks such as publication of tenders.
- Quotations, issuance of purchase orders and letter of acceptance, and effecting contract variations in tender board.
- Ensure that all activities relating to routine in-scope sub-processes are carried out as required so that cases are processed accurately in compliance with the operating procedures and within the stipulated time frame as stated in the service level agreement.
- Provide prompt procurement advise to government agencies and suppliers in accordance to government policies and procedures.
- Provide timely response in servicing government agencies.
- Carry out constant work reviews and improvements to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Preferably with Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
- A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and has the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
