Monthly Salary: $2200 - $2500 + Bonus (Depending on company's progress)
Location: Nearest MRT, Botanic Gardern/Farrer Road
Work Schedule: 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday), 7:45am-2:30pm
Able to start immediately would be advantageous.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the lead teacher to plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and nsure the safety and well-being of children during various activities, including playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and organized learning environment. Help manage classroom behavior and discipline according to the preschool's policies.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of teaching materials, including art supplies, books, and other educational resources. Support the implementation of the curriculum.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on a child's progress, behavior, and any other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other teachers, assistants, and staff to create a positive and cohesive working environment.
Requirements:
- A certification in Early Childhood Care and Education is required, along with a minimum L1 English certification, in order to conduct the class in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Great passion for working with young children and the patience to nurture their development
