Job Description
- Supporting technical investigations and providing solutions for customers complaints and issues
- Managing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conducting technical product training for internal and external stakeholders
- Supply homologation of Product and liaise with LTA when required
- Support and liaise with product principal on product techinical, warranty, as well as product development
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices
- Managing and administrate ISO 9001 for Service and Technical Department
- Manage warranty storage warehouse and logistics preparation for return of warranty claimed parts to principal
Requirement
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Automotive Industry
- Preferably with EV related knowledge
- Preferably with Class 3 & 4 driving license
Qualification
- ITE, Diploma or Higher in Mechnical Engineering or related certification
