About The Role

We seek a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team at NorthStar Creative. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our business development team in lead generation, market research, and client prospecting activities. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and materials, and you'll have the opportunity to participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for business development, we look forward to having you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the business development team in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyse competitor strategies to provide insights for business development strategies.
  • Support the business development team in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral and materials that align with business development goals.
  • CRM Management: Assist in maintaining client databases and CRM systems to track leads and prospects.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to gain exposure to the sales process and build client relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to contribute valuable insights to the business development team.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Bankers, Wealth Managers, Cabin Crew are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated attitude with a drive for results.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.

Location

Singapore office

Depending on operational requirements and the nature of activities and events, there may be instances where the job requires you to work off-site and participate in photography and marketing events.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (SGT)
