Working Location : Admiralty
Working Hours: 5.5 days Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set accounts
- Record financial transactions in accounting software or ledgers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Process invoices and ensure they are properly coded and approved
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to finance and accounting
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience
