Job Responsibilities:
- Take charge of nurturing and expanding accounts identified by the Sales Team that need attention for re-contracting, growth, and development.
- Manage spot accounts by reaching out to established contracts or foster new business relationships.
- Revitalize previously inactive small accounts to uncover fresh business prospects.
- Engage in cold calling to establish and cultivate new accounts.
- Efficiently and professionally handle customer service tasks, both pre- and post-sales support.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via email and phone.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and keep management updated on new leads.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should possess some sales experience and either have a background in Chemistry or Marine Engineering or a strong interest in learning about these fields.
- They must exhibit resilience, self-motivation, a results-oriented approach, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively analyze the motivations of others.
