L2 Cloud Engineer (Terraform / AWS Cloud)
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri
- Working Location: Central
- Remuneration Package: Up to 8k (basic)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To support change implementation (includes system patching and upgrades, configuration changes and enhancement etc), and service request
- To support incident management and handle escalation from L1 engineers
- To maintain and update operational documentation if required
- To support problem management
Requirements:
- Candidate should have understanding on IT Operations and Service Management and willing to be on standby duty and work after office hours if required
- Has minimally 2 years’ experience in supporting cloud infrastructure operations and cloud services in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Good to have experience and knowledge working in DevOps and/or SRE environmentand with tools such as Gitlab, Terraform and Kubernetes.
