Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development efforts for the Facilities Management (FM) business, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers and service partners, and to identify and develop new and existing business opportunities.
- To develop a marketing strategy for the business unit, including yearly targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical practices.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in both public and private tenders, to expand the client base and develop new business opportunities within the FM industry.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- To spearhead the entire process of tender administrations and tender submission management.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines.
- Craft persuasive value propositions and differentiation strategies that align with client needs and expectations.
- To evaluate and negotiate, terms & conditions for private FM tenders and business proposals.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer preferences, and industry trends, trends, competitive threats, and potential business opportunities in the FM industry.
- To maintain a professional business relationship with all internal and external stakeholders (e.g. finance department, operations department, external vendors, clients, etc).
- Conduct regular review sessions with operations teams to monitor project expenses against project budget, as well as operational challenges.
Qualification Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Facilities Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the facilities management industry with a strong background in business development.
- Proven track record of securing large projects annually.

Others:
- Salary Range: S$4500 to S$6000.
- Working Day: 5 working days (Mon to Fri).
- Working Hour: 8am to 5.30pm.
- Work location: Nearby Canberra mrt station.
