- min 5 years' hands on experience in the bakng industry
- good working knowledge of bread, bun confectionery and cakes
- proficient in Microsoft Excel as costing and recipe formulation is required
- good command of spoken and written English
- knowledge of basic functions of ingredients used in baking
- able to travel periodically when required
