HR/PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

PAYROLL:

Primary function of job holder is preparing monthly non-exempt payroll and office employee payroll up to supervisory level ensuring error free.


RECRUITMENT:

Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidates. Prepare and place employment advertisements in newspapers and/or other media as part of recruiting efforts. Review applications and verify documentation. Arrange job related testing, if required. Refer short listed candidates to appropriate hiring manager for interview selection. Arrange interview and work with HOD to select the most qualified candidate.


HIRING AND SEPARATION:

Handle hiring and resignation processes. Hiring:perform new employee orientation, scheduling of physical examinations, completion of various enrolment forms, announcement of new hire; Resignation: Ensure return of Company loan items; conduct exit interview.


WORK PASSESS

Handle all MOM work passes application and renewal.


ADMINISTRATIVE:

Prepare personnel forms, record statistics, and handle highly confidential material relative to employment records. Answer general questions and inquiries in all areas of human resources such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations programs.


Maintain and update personnel files and records including status changes, transfers, terminations, pay rate increases, job classifications, insurance inquiries, and miscellaneous historical information. Prepare and complete all paperwork related to such data.


Prepare statistical reports as required by government agencies, complete accident reports, and coordinate with insurance carrier. Work with carrier to process Worker’s Compensation claims and provide follow up, as necessary.


Assist Manager in daily HR and IT administrative matters, where necessary. These include event organization, work accident claims, insurance claims, mail/courier services, and security issues, etc.


OTHERS:

Perform other related HR administrative duties as indicated by responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
