Responsibilities:
- Production planning and scheduling, materials planning and coordination with internal / external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and sales target achievement.
- Manage and resolve abnormalities that may affect customer delivery schedule.
- Monitor and control daily operation (incoming, outgoing, packing, documents and delivery).
- Communicate and liaise with related person-in-charge with regards to 4M (machinery, materials, manpower, method), customers demand, logistics warehousing & shipment and quality.
- Monitor WIPs progress to ensure orders on track and production team adhere to the committed schedule.
- Work closely with team members to achieve division's sales, order fulfillment, safety and other KPIs such as turnaround time, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and carry out regular stock take to ensure stock accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum A Levels, Diploma or above.
- Experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
- Preferably experience with ISO, Environmental Policy, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S & SEPG Compliance policies, etc.
- Preferably experience with ISO9001, IATF and Risk Assessments.
- Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.
Shift Type / Work Hours:
- Normal Shift (5 days work week)
- 7.50am to 4.55pm
