We are looking for a senior software engineer who is willing to work on Day2 Ops and any Change Requests required. He/she must be able to lead the junior engineers for troubleshooting activities and lead conversations to gain clarity for CRs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing maintenance support on the developed application and modules
- Work with system team to investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently
- Engage users to implement enhancements/refinements based on changes in client requirements and timeline agreed upon with users
- Work closely with the BA / Project manager in understanding the functional and system requirements.
Prepare & maintain up-to-date system and app documentation if required
Traits:
Minimum 3-5 Year's Experience as a Software Lead.
Must have experience in web-based application development using Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Visual Studio.
o Added advantage for Experience in developing using Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
o Added advantage for Experience in frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS and Node.js.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of fundamentals of requirements specification, design, coding, and testing of information systems
Preferably with experience working with relational databases such as MySQL.
Possesses good skillset in logical deduction in issue isolation and root cause analysis
Good working knowledge of Azure/AWS will be an added advantage
Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high quality standards
Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
