Job Description:
- Work closely with various departments on purchasing requisitions, billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters.
- Handle Accounts receivables/ payables/ petty cash.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all accounts.
- Timely closing of all accounts monthly.
- File and Submit CPF/ GST/ Annual Tax submissions.
- Preparation of P&L , Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation.
- Maintain and creat new customers, suppliers and general accounts in accounting system, banks and GIRO.
- Monitor and prepare to deposit cash and cheques received from sales and customers into the Bank.
- Handle accounts queries with suppliers and staff.
- Any ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate in Accountancy/ ACCA/ LCCI/ any related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized and proactive.
- Proficient in MS Excel and IT software.
- Have 1 to 2 years of working experience in Singapore's Accounting & Finance filed in preferred.
- Analytical and hands-on team player.
- Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.
