Disadvantaged Families
1. Manage programmes that require lighter touch management, including programmes funded by PC-ELF or programmes that will be transferred to other funders after current funding cycle ends or co-funded programmes. This will free the team’s work to focus on more critical pieces such as programmes identified to meet strategic needs.
2. Support the review of the throughcare strategy, which includes engagement of stakeholders in the landscape, literature reviews and collation of data.
3. Support the updating of other landscape data in the disadvantaged families’ space, such as data on single parents and widows.
4. Support the evaluation of Project SAFE 1.1 (an NCSS-funded programme), including liaison with appointed vendor and coordination of logistics with Singapore Prison Service and the funded agency.
Requirements
• Degree holder with 2 years of relevant working experience
• Interested in the work of promoting mental well-being at workplace is a must
• Prior experience in the Social service sector is preferred
• Singaporean(s) Only
