Employee Engagement Executive ( 6 months contract, up to $,3,500)
Location: City Hall
Working Hours: Mon- Fri (8.30am-6pm)
Job Description
- Plan, organise and implement staff engagement events, including procurement of event-related services and management of vendors, logistics, programme coordination, event communications and support.
- Plan, develop and administer employee engagement initiatives e.g. staff awards, corporate merchandise, teambuilding, engagement sessions.
- Perform day-to-day operations of these initiatives and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
- Design and develop internal communications collaterals for events and employee engagement activities e.g. electronic direct mails (EDM), posters, newsletters and videos.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in event management, internal communication, organisation development, human resources or a related field.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in data analysis on Excel and creating engaging presentations on Powerpoint
- Independent, organised and meticulous
