Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is technical in nature and is responsible for providing high quality and timely IT infrastructure support to ensure the availability, stability and performance of corporate systems. Below are some of the major systems but not limited to.
•
Windows Server management
•
SAN and storage array management
•
Backup, Replication, HA and Recovery technologies
•
Security Technologies, content filtering, privileged access
•
Cloud services
•
Core infrastructure server (i.e. on-prem & Cloud) e.g. Active Directory domains, O365, Email systems, messaging and Backup systems etc.
On top of the above operational role, this role is required to support the below:
Manage infrastructure related initiatives.
•
Support process improvement.
•
Document processes.
•
Support internal and external audits.
•
Comply with the corporate policies and local regulatory guidelines.
•
Maintain accurate asset inventory.
Job Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:
Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
•
Detailed technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite, O365, instant Messaging etc
•
Knowledge of remote monitoring tools would be advantageous
•
General infrastructure skills and knowledge of Microsoft Server products are also desirable
•
Good team player with the ability to work independently and able to take initiative
•
Superior problem-solving capabilities
•
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
•
Excellent time-management skills
•
Excellent team communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
