Job Description
- Working closely with new & used car divisions
- Responding timely and accurately to quotation requests (Moby Purchase or Salesforce)
- To be equipped with the trend in the market, knowledge in used car market and the ability to quote accurately
- To ensure data are captured/input in system, including CQ dashboard and/or dealer reference, quote history, and trade-in remarks such as handover date, ownership, etc
- To work and communicate effectively with Appraiser team, PPM, HOP
- Making accurate valuations with market knowledge, supported by in-house data from CQ dashboard and other system reports, and making necessary network references to price quotes.
- Seeking support from Purchasing & Projects Manager and / or Hd of Purchasing in valuing and adjusting used car buy-in prices according to market conditions and company guidelines.
- Validate and ascertain proposed prices by Appraisers for externally sourced purchase opportunities (initial price proposal by Appraiser)
- Engage Purchasing & Projects Manager/Head of Purchasing for price quotation reviews and coaching sessions
- Working closely with all relevant departments to ensure accuracy of all used car pricing.
- Ensure use of reference data and recording of reference points in detail to derive quotation
- Follow closely on Company’s procedures and guidelines

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Nitec holders may apply
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
- At least 1-2 years of sales and / or purchasing experience in automotive industry
- Proficient in Product knowledge / perform accurate quotations
- Basic knowledge of cars
- Excellent communication skills
