NextPage Solutions is a young start-up specialising in accounting and compliance services for SME clients. We are looking for an energetic individual to join our cosy team and be part of our growth process. You will be reporting to an accounting manager who will aid you in your career development within the company.
Responsibilities
• Ensure timely preparation of full set of accounts and corresponding documentations
• Prepare financial statements according to Financial Reporting Standards
• Assist the team in preparing corporate tax computations and GST returns
• On-boarding of new clients – preparing paperwork and ensuring due diligence verification
• Perform ACRA filing on various corporate actions and preparation of resolutions/minutes of meetings
• Other adhoc and admin duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Fresh grads and individuals completing part-time studies are welcome. Partial sponsorship of tertiary education.
- Candidate must possess at least O Level, Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or a diploma
- Required skill(s): MS Office
- Can-do attitude who is willing to learn and be mentored
