COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support to Fixed Assets Department:
- Provide daily administrative support to the team such as accurate data entries, physical and digital filing, maintaining and organizing all administrative records and documents.
- Process Expense and Capex Purchase Requisitions in the system.
- Verify and submit Delivery Orders / Invoices to Finance.
- Process GRN in the system for Fixed Asset Code.
- Verify and get authorized signatories for overtime timesheets.
- Prepare and submit signed claim forms to the Finance and e-file in google drive.
- Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as and when required.
- Handle emails and incoming calls.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD.
Administrative support to Facilities, Dormitory and Securities Department:
- Provide daily administrative support to the team such as accurate data entries, physical and digital filing, maintaining and organizing all administrative records and documents.
- Process Expense Purchase Requisitions in the system.
- Verify and submit Delivery Orders / Invoices to Finance.
- Assist in company events such as meetings, team bonding activities and staff/workers gatherings as and when required.
- Liaising with vendor on maintenance servicing for office equipment (e.g. Photocopier machines, Water dispensers, Air-Cons and etc.).
- Update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as and when required.
- Updating of checking in and out of Dormitories in the system and excel file as and when required.
- Verify and get authorized signatories for overtime timesheets.
- Handle emails and incoming calls.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD.
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
