Job Description

As an Enterprise Agile Community Lead in our Group IT (SIAEC), you will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies, Agile frameworks and practices across various divisions enterprise-wide. You will be responsible for coaching Agile squads on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and showcasing the adoption of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban through actual initiative implementation to deliver value sooner and more frequently and enhance the efficiency and productivity of Agile squads.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrate and coach teams on Agile principles, teaching skills that lead the organization toward the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices and methodologies.
  • Lead Agile team in improving overall efficiency and product delivery through actual initiatives focusing on outcomes, iterative build-measure-learn process, craftsmanship in software engineering and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate and coach teams on effective implementation of the Scrum framework and Kanban method.
  • Demonstrate and coach Agile teams on the value of self-managing teams and work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize tasks and maximize product value.
  • Demonstrate and coach Agile teams to self-evaluate team performance through metrics such as Cycle time, Quality Index, Release Frequency, and DevOps, DevSecOps and Shift Left practices.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support to multiple teams in adopting Agile practices, collaborating with stakeholders across divisions, and leading teams toward the organizational goal of agile delivery.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to facilitate the adoption of Agile principles and frameworks like Scrum.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements based on Agile practices.
  • Act as a change agent and implement Agile-informed processes, principles and practices across all departments in the organization, by using techniques that promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
  • Implement, expand, and improve Agile Practices in SIA Group as a part of continuous transformation.
  • Conduct role-based Agile-related training curriculum suitable for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and workshops like Design Thinking workshops.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, recommending and implementing relevant changes to enhance the organization's Agile practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years in coaching Agile teams and 3 years in coaching enterprise-level Agile transitions.
  • Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master (PSM II) or Product Owner certification (PSPO II) with digital product development experience.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of agile concepts and approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, OKR, and Lean Startup. Relevant exposure to application and adaptation of scaled Agile Software Development frameworks such as LeSS or Nexus.
  • Possess experience in coaching teams in agile adoption, enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to agile implementation and being strategic, and highly practical to adapt the methods to the organizational reality for the best outcomes.
  • Ability to weave in and out of Facilitating, Coaching, Teaching, Mentoring and Advising stances.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional influencing skills to achieve organizational cooperation, buy-in, and engagement from senior management, BUs and internal stakeholders and fostering a collaborative and empowered work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
