Responsibilities:
- Ensure relevant HSEQ legal compliance to Singapore governmental agencies.
- Coordinate with regional / global team to implement Management programs/directives in Singapore.
- Furnish HSEQ reporting regularly to management, group and governmental agencies respectively.
- Maintain & update HSEQ policy and procedures under HSEQ management systems: ISO14001, ISO 45001, ISO9001. ISO50000 and IATF16949, Maestro
- Cultivate HSEQ behaviour and promote awareness to stakeholders
- Review contractors / suppliers / vendors HSEQ performance inclusive of Transport safety, vetting and follow up with continuous improvement plans.
- To establish local mandatory and Group HSEQ training matrixes for all employees.
- Compile and review all HSEQ reports and propose improvement plan for the management.
- Communicate with various departments on the disposition of non-conforming products, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verification on their effectiveness via cross-functional support.
- Evaluate HSEQ training and performance and develop appropriate improvement plans / corrective & preventive actions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Environment/Health/Safety) or its equivalent
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM and FSM with SCDF.
- Internal / Lead auditor in HSEQ Management System
- Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience, of which at least 5 years in managerial capacity in a Petrochemical/chemical or related process industry
