- Contract: 1+1 year
- Location: East - Changi Airport
- Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end procurement processes, from reviewing procurement paperwork to generating procurement documents (e.g. GRN) using our automation bot, ensuring compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
- Provide guidance to project teams on procurement compliance, understand their needs, and recommend suitable procurement approaches and sourcing strategies.
- Identify and communicate potential procurement, contractual, and supplier-related risks to project teams and suggest strategies to mitigate these risks and avoid non-compliance.
- Efficiently manage and track budget allocations, ensuring expenditures are accurate and aligned with the approved budgets.
- Handle other administrative duties as needed.
Expectations
- Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, complemented by strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- Familiarity with contract management will be a plus.
- Experience in a Big 4 Assurance role will be a plus.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- A team player who possesses meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-reliant individual who thrives and delivers in a fast-paced setting.
