Job Description

  • Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work.
  • Provide accounts and procurement support.
  • Handling phone calls, filling.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers.
  • General Administration duties.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O or N Level above
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in Admin Duties
  • Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
  • Able to communicate in both English & Chinese
  • Immediate availability preferred.
