Job Description
- Assist in daily operation arrangement and relevant documentation work.
- Provide accounts and procurement support.
- Handling phone calls, filling.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers.
- General Administration duties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE O or N Level above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years Experience in Admin Duties
- Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese
- Immediate availability preferred.
