You will be required to:-
- Identify, access and mitigate risks by designing and implementing detailed procedures to ensure controls are in place.
- Ensure and recommend effective solutions to make sure that new and existing products are developed in line with the Bank’s risk and control measures.
- Lead and coordinate projects while overseeing the overall budget and schedules.
- Be the single point of contact for the team across different departments and offices.
- Act as the first-line of defence against KYC/AML and fraud risk.
skills and experience required
- Minimum Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or related financial disciplines
- At least 10 years of relevant experience within Corporate banking, of which 4 years in a Business Control Manager or Business Manager role
- Experience in project management and/or initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communications and stakeholder management skills
