Responsibilities:
- Support project teams through all stages of a project from design to completion of construction
- Develop and prepare conceptual / schematic design, design development, detail design and tender documentation, etc. for Planning, Architectural or Interior Design
- Present the design in appropriate mediums for Client or regulatory submissions, etc.
- Review and ensure compliance of design with technical and/or regulatory requirements
- Undertake project coordination and contract administration works
- Attend site/project meetings with clients, consultants and contractors
- Projects ranging from residential, industrial and public sector
Requirements:
- Recognized architectural degree by BOA Singapore
- Minimum 3 years relevant practical experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, Revit and Sketchup
