Sales Support
Ø Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
Ø Assist in updating sales opportunities into sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
Ø Assist in order processing and delivery coordination.
Ø Assist the sales and service team in daily sales operations and liaise between other departments on sales order delivery.
Ø To liaise with supplier and customer to ensure prompt completion of each sales order.
Ø Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries.
Ø To work as a team to meet monthly set targets and annual goals.
Admin Support
Ø Responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing.
Ø Liaise with suppliers/ couriers on delivery matters and installations.
Ø Co-ordinate with customers on delivery schedules & updating of delivery status.
Ø Generate weekly report (delivery tracking list) and update record of suppliers list.
Ø Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, ordering office items etc.
Ø Assist in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time, as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Ø Candidate must possess min. NITEC/ O Level
Ø Min. 1 year of related working experience
Ø Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ø Meticulous and detail-oriented
Ø Good communication skills
Ø Independent, resourceful & a good team player is a must.
Ø Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn.
