Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions.
- Enhancing the organization’s human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
- Work closely with the hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of the position and develop/execute effective recruitment plans for each requisition.
- Providing HR policy guidance to members of the Company in all regions, ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedures.
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
- Working with management to create standard operating procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in human resources, business or related area
- Fresh Grads welcome!
- Willing to be hands-on with all HR processes.
- Are proactive, organized and meticulous.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
