We are seeking candidates for a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 3 months.


The role will be responsible for supporting the customer relations enhancement process of the IHRP community.

  • Provides support to community members and the general public by responding to inquiries (email, calls, events etc.), and resolving issues in a timely manner regarding products or services from the organisation
  • Collaborates with the Community Professional Development (CPD) team to ensure marketing efforts are seamless to support the business efforts
  • Supports the implementation of engagement strategies and activities to improve customer journey and experience
  • Works with the CPD team to understand, streamline and map work flow/ processes
  • Manages information generated from community engagement and organising them systematically on the intranet
  • Supports logistical planning and execution of physical and virtual events

Requirements:

  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and enjoys problem-solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
