We are seeking candidates for a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extending it for an additional 3 months.
The role will be responsible for supporting the customer relations enhancement process of the IHRP community.
- Provides support to community members and the general public by responding to inquiries (email, calls, events etc.), and resolving issues in a timely manner regarding products or services from the organisation
- Collaborates with the Community Professional Development (CPD) team to ensure marketing efforts are seamless to support the business efforts
- Supports the implementation of engagement strategies and activities to improve customer journey and experience
- Works with the CPD team to understand, streamline and map work flow/ processes
- Manages information generated from community engagement and organising them systematically on the intranet
- Supports logistical planning and execution of physical and virtual events
Requirements:
