Job Responsibilities
· Perform the role of HOD for the HR department and be responsible for a full spectrum of HR.
· Provide robust HR advice and guidance to Directors and Senior Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related issues.
· Well-versed in Singapore Employment law.
· Oversee the human resources administrative procedures and ensure procedures adhere to employment law.
· In charge of payroll and income tax submission.
· Plan and execute HR plans and strategies.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
· Able to review and implement salary structure, allowances and recognition.
· Implement the performance evaluation and salary adjustments/variable bonus.
· Talent review exercise and maintain the HiPos and succession plans.
· Conduct job evaluations and job leveling exercises when necessary.
· Involve in the budgeting process which includes manpower costs.
· Assist in the talent review exercise and maintain the HiPos and succession plans.
· Review and update HR policies.
· Adopt a proactive and supportive approach to managers in respect of guidance and working methods on individual and organisational development, policies, procedures, good practices and working methods necessary to enhance performance.
· Assist in the implementation of HRIS-related projects.
Requirements
· Degree in Human Resource Management.
· Min 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
· Good knowledge of HR policies and Employment law.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with a strong and positive mindset.
