1. To supervise the construction works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants.
2. To ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
3. Coordinate design works with manager and workout suitable solution to propose to Client and their Consultants
4. Plan and coordinate daily manpower arrangements for all projects and ensure schedule is compact.
5. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. Ensure workers are working in a safe manner and their work environment is safe.
6.To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
7.Identifying and resolving workplace problems, including tardiness, absenteeism, Waste of materials and tools, productivity and efficiency issues.
Job Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Use of Autocad would be an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude to the team work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
