The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as we create memorable brand experiences for our clients. We are seeking a talented and experienced Events Producer who can take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of MICE events. If you are a seasoned professional with a knack for handling projects independently and wearing multiple hats, we want to hear from you.
Your Role:
As the Executional Lead of our projects, the Events Producer at Artists by Day will own and deliver a wide range of events, including the production of hybrid events, MICE, integrated campaigns, and event productions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in independently managing marketing activations and overseeing full-cycle project development. The Events Producer will be responsible for project delivery, exceeding expectations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and manage full project lifecycles, including project development, event application, hybrid events, show production, interactive multimedia, and integrated advertising campaigns.
- Lead/Support a cross-functional team of in-house and external talents, ensuring the final product aligns with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline.
- Set the pace and take charge of workflows, documentation, rights, clearances, and uphold data and production standards.
- Successfully identify upsell opportunities while delivering on project requirements, contributing to the growth of business accounts into long-term relationships.
- Influence pitch strategies from a production feasibility and relevance perspective, balancing breakthrough concepts with practicality and feasibility.
- Be a thought leader in 2-3 event production verticals, including event production, show production, campaign management, event planning, and show production.
- Manage project profitability through cost-control measures and vendor management.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience ina similar role.
- Proven experience as an Events Producer with a track record of successfully executed events.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling projects independently.
- You thrive in a team; yet don;t break a sweat when required to fly solo.
- Exceptional ability in preparing presentations and proposals to meet client expectations.
- Are a versatile professional, adept at handling all aspects of a project.
- You have excellent industry knowledge and ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to the dynamic needs of different projects.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A flair for managing budgets.
