♦ prepare safe work procedure
♦ prepare Risk assessment
♦ prepare BOM accordingly
♦ Search materials (tube,instrument,equipment,cable,motor,pumps,belt,bracket,standard supports,tray,hose,valves,etc)
♦ follow up client available ready to work at site
♦ monitor quality cost, work schedule and on time delivery
♦ prepare work time sheet
♦prepare progress claim report
♦ monitor at site if any extra work
♦prepare work completion report accordingly at site. Knowledge: Pipe fitting, valves, flanges arrangement, motor and pump assemble, instrument or equipment fixing and re-fittings. Mechanical:
♦Incoming equipment/material verification
♦Check & verify installation of equipment accordance to manufacturer recommendations
♦Check/Inspect equipment foundation
♦Verify dimensions as per drawings/standards
♦Check/Verify alignment of pumps etc.
♦Check/verify instrumentation according to specifications & manufacturer requirements
♦Carryout mechanical completion of the equipments prior to commissioning ♦Assist to commissioning team
♦Closeout Inspection Test Records (ITRs)
♦Prepare punch list
♦Witness load testing
♦Check & verify the equipments meet the contract specification, procedure & applicable standards
♦Witness factory acceptance testing (FAT) as per the projects specification
Estimation, Purchasing & Procurement:
♦Estimation of fabrication & man-hours cost
♦Purchase materials as per requirements
♦coordination between trades such as engineering, planning, production & Sub contractors / Suppliers.
♦Drafting AutoCAD drawings
♦expediting and monitoring of equipments procurement & delivery status.
♦Review procurement documents according to project specifications
♦Witness FAT
Knowledge of Codes & Standards:
ASTM, ASMEIX,ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & B1.3,AWS,API, BS, NACE, ISO 9001:2008, ABS, DNV, Lloyds, BV, Etc.
