Handle overall project management, project schedule and directions.
Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
Manage, lead and handle a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH supervisors and sub-contractors.
Manage and control project budget and ensure project complete within the timeline.
Participating in all technical and coordination meetings with the Civil and the SWCs, the Stakeholders and LTA personnel.
Checking the designs prepared by respective trade consultants to ensure the designs meet the DCPS and specifications.
T&C MOS review and get approval from Client.
T&C handover checklist to review and get approval from Client.
Oversee planning, cost management, scheduling, coordination, installation and testing and commissioning works, statutory inspections of various construction projects
Liaison with main contractor, consultant and client representative.
Plan and allocate of resources, projection and forecast of manpower
Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
Requirements
Degree in Electrical / Mechnical Engineering or LEW Holder
For Project Manager Role, minimum 8 years working experience is required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in LTA or PUB project.
