Responsibilities
· Manage sales enquiry
· Understand homeowners’ requirement and prepare for design proposal/moodboard
· Drafting of 2D spatial plan layouts
· Prepare BQ quotations
· Communicate effectively with client, vendors to address client's requirements
· Work with Project Manager to ensure full onsite project completion
· Coordinate with vendors to ensure the highest quality of onsite work deliveries
· Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories and furniture selections when needed
· Coordinate with inhouse drafter and 3D team
· Source reference material and research to ensure that materials and products are fit for purpose.

Qualifications
· Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a design related discipline.
· Proficient in AutoCAD
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin
· At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup
· Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of materials and their application.
· Team player with collaborative work ethic.
