Our Client is a leader in the Energy Manufacturing industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Plant Performance Engineer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on the performance indicators of the plants, encompassing both overall plant statistics and the functioning of major equipment, utilizing thermodynamics models.
- Consolidate and generate monthly and progressive reports for timely submission.
- Compile and streamline the data, overseeing the entire auditing process for regular report submissions to pertinent authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead energy management initiatives, collaborating with relevant authorities to secure funding for the implementation of energy efficiency projects within the plant.
- Improve the efficiency of Operations and Maintenance work processes by leveraging available tools and state-of-the-art technologies.
- Prepare budget assumptions, establish plant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, and consistently monitor and track relevant budgeting targets.
- Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Engineering or 2 years of relevant experience in relevant industry
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI will be added bonus
