Responsibilities:
- Meet customers to understand their renovation preferences and requirements.
- Conceptualize design mood board, prepare space planning, quotations and schedule to present to customers.
- Work with different stakeholders (ie. customers and contractors/vendors) to coordinate the renovation works
- Monitor progress of the office & retail F&B renovation.
- Accompany client to designated vendors for materials, accessories, and furniture selections.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture, or equivalent.
- At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in a commercial office industry is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Space planning, Designing, 3D Sketchup
