Junior Executive, Sales Support

The Junior Executive, Sales Support in the golf retail industrial sector plays a crucial role in assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer service, and ensuring the smooth executive of sales processes. This position will be reporting directly to Commercial Manager.



Job Description:


1. Sales Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the corporate sales / wholesales team to provide administrative support.
  • Assist Sales Team to prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes, and contracts as needed.
  • Assist in the organization of sales presentations and events.


2. Order Processing:

  • Receive and process customer order accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Sales team and internal department to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
  • Address any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.


3. Customer Service:

  • Serve as a point of contract for customer inquiries, provide timely and accurate information, pricing, order status updates, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest golf industry trends, products, and technologies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure s seamless customer experience.


4. Data Entry and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and deals in progress.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and inventory levels.


5. Documentation:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
