Job description:
- Collating delivery, installation & collection schedule
- Creating client lists & purchase orders
- Collating sales-related paperwork
- Booking local & international delivery appointments on outsourced platforms
- Prepare shipment paperwork
- Archive old documents
- Create protocol documents
- Assisting with sales / miscellaneous paperwork
- Scan sales invoices & receipts
Job details:
- The location is in the East.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day
- Timing is flexible but must be between 11 am to 8 pm
- Must be able to start working immediate
- Medical & leave benefits are included
- Contract position for 3 to 6 months

- Proficient in Excel and Word Document
- Organization skills
- Flexible and adaptable to new tasks
- Fast learner
- No prior experience is required (training provided)
