Administrative Executive

Job description:

  • Collating delivery, installation & collection schedule
  • Creating client lists & purchase orders
  • Collating sales-related paperwork
  • Booking local & international delivery appointments on outsourced platforms
  • Prepare shipment paperwork
  • Archive old documents
  • Create protocol documents
  • Assisting with sales / miscellaneous paperwork
  • Scan sales invoices & receipts

Job details:

  1. The location is in the East.
  2. Work hours: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day
  3. Timing is flexible but must be between 11 am to 8 pm
  4. Must be able to start working immediate
  5. Medical & leave benefits are included
  6. Contract position for 3 to 6 months

Skill required:

- Proficient in Excel and Word Document

- Organization skills

- Flexible and adaptable to new tasks

- Fast learner

- No prior experience is required (training provided)
