Job Description & Requirements
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of projects, or function, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors.
- Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines
- Liaise with consultants and/or sub-contractors engaged on the project
- Attend regular meetings with owner/client/contractors/sub-contractors and ensure the progress is on schedule.
- Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
- Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.
- ldentify and comply with all applicable statutory regulatory requirements related to project.
- Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks
- Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems
- Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultants, vendors etc. on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
- Job Requirements
- Review all method statement of the activities ensuring safe execution and maximization of resources used for job efficient
- Prepare monthly site report updating the latest progress and planning to achieve the project milestone
- Complete task as assigned by Project Director
- Handling technical issues in projects with Technical Manager if necessary
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Work as Team leader, leading team on project requirements and target achievement.
- Acting as rigorous preson on Identify possible risks in project.
- Candidate must specialized in various field/project experience as road, marine, bridge, tunnel engineering, and industrial construction
- Candidate should be also well-experienced and participate in project tender section
