Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business Management
- Min. 3 year of work experience in HR & Recruitment Process, Project Management, Procurement process.
- Experience in taking meetings minute
- Proficient in using MS Excel (e.g.: V-look p and Pivot Table)
Description:
- Coordinate with institutions’ HR representatives to deliver project plans and manage the consolidation of reports.
- Collaborate with institutions to execute cluster pipeline programs (e.g., recruitment/campus fairs)
- Work with the Procurement Team to support and administer Request for Proposals (RFP) and addendum process for vendor appointment/contract renewal.
- Manage internal job posting mailers and recruitment agencies’ proposal evaluation exercise.
- Partner with stakeholders to publish social media content online.
- Other duties assigned.
