Job Description:


1. Grants Administration and Management (Harmony Fund)

a. Engage grant applicants to introduce grant objectives and assist with their clarifications

b. Conduct end-to-end administration of client's Harmony Fund grant applications that support

social cohesion. This includes:

i. [Pre-award] assessment of grant applications, evaluation of applicants’ proposals and

budgets, liaison and communication with applicants to seek clarifications

ii. [Post-award] preparation of letter of award, funding agreement, communicating

application outcome, tracking project progress, reviewing of project reports, verifying

expenditure reports and grant disbursement

c. Assist in knowledge management and grant process optimisation matters, including maintaining

the grant registry, tracking status and progress of applications, reporting grant data as well as

reviewing and streamlining Harmony Fund grant management processes

2. Secretariat Support

a. Book calendars of senior management ahead of various committee meetings

b. Assist relevant meeting secretariats to consolidate attendance, assist with logistical preparations

and on-site set up before committee meetings e.g. preparing refreshments, coordinate with

caterer, prepare nameplates, setup meeting room, print meeting materials and folders for

attendees

c. Assist with contract or appointment letter preparations

d. Liaise with relevant personnel to seek security clearance


3. Assist with Project Administration

a. Assist with administration of BRIDGE (Broadening Racial and Religious Interaction through

Dialogue and General Education) programs, including monitoring and tracking of programmes

calendar and participation figures

b. Liaise with external partners for event/programme-related preparations

c. Assist with engagement and liaison with BRIDGE partners, including meeting coordination,

preparation of materials and note taking

d. Assist in marketing related matters, including providing inputs on publicity material


Any other duties as assigned


Working Hours:

Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Contract Duration: 8 Months

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT Station

Salary: $3100-$3600/Month


Job Requirements:

Strong writing and verbal communication abilities, meticulous, organised and process-oriented, good

analytical skills (able to evaluate proposals, draw conclusions, make recommendations), adept at IT and administrative skills
