Personal Assistant to the Chairman

Job Description:

The Personal Assistant will provide direct support to the Chairman in a professional and timely manner. In addition to regular duties, the Personal Assistant will also be tasked with assisting the Chairman in improving his English proficiency, as well as preparing for external English speeches and activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Chairman's daily schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and ensuring that the schedule is followed.
  • Preparing necessary materials for meetings and taking minutes during these meetings.
  • Assisting in improving the Chairman's English proficiency through various methods such as language lessons, immersion, or other recommended approaches.
  • Helping prepare for external English speaking engagements, including writing speeches, rehearsing presentations, and organizing relevant events.
  • Handling correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, including drafting letters, emails, reports, and other types of documents.
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to the Chairman.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • To improve the Chairman's English proficiency, an excellent command of both spoken and written English is essential。
  • Teaching or tutoring experience in English would be an advantage.
