The Role Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end project delivery of Loan trades front-to-back processing across the regions and entities in scope and ensure scalable, future proof, high quality, and compliant solution deliveries.
· Identify and engage stakeholders, define Responsible/Accountable/Consulted/Informed (RACI) matrix suitable for the project and act as a project subject matter expert
· Ensure effective and timely communication and provision of information to project governance authorities including business sponsors, project team and stakeholder not actively engaged in the project with agreed appropriate frequency and formality.
· Lead project planning and forecasting. Collaborate with the application teams to create and agree the delivery plan.
· Obtain stakeholder agreement on the project plan to confirm scope, schedule, and cost.
· Monitor progress against the baselined delivery plan and manage risk, issues, and dependencies with collaboration with business and technical experts to timely resolve them.
· Organise project meetings with all stakeholders (project team including application teams, business users, architects, and experts) to provide a forum for project updates and to discuss, resolve cross team’s dependencies and other project related critical topics
· Organise project (focused) meetings to brainstorm new requirements, design, and solutions
· Ensure business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria are high quality and aligned to business and technology objectives including building future proof scalable solutions
· Proactively suggest process and system improvements to create sustainable business value
· Adhere to change management standards & procedures, including documenting and capturing all artefacts required by project governance
· Ensure operational, business and country risk assessment are documented and attested by respective owners
Strategy
· The strategic FM platform is a component driven functional architecture with an objective to migrate existing banks positions from legacy and obsolete processing platforms with in-house technology solutions to eliminate obsolescence and build future proof solutions to support banks growth objectives including adopting market changes timely, efficiently and with minimal business disruption.

Our Ideal Candidate
What we are looking for in the candidate
· 5+ years of relevant experience in delivering front-to-back trade processing platform for Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Lending, Wholesale Banking or Treasury Markets business. Experience with Loans as a financial product is a plus.
· University degree in Science/Technology/Finance
· Relevant experience in delivering Global or Multi country migration projects. Experience in a large-scale transformational programme is a plus
· Strong front-to-back business processes understanding including Front Office’s Trade and Order’s execution, Market and Credit risk generation and reporting, Middle Office trade and cash life cycle management, Operations processing and reporting for confirmations, settlements and client statement, Finance and Product Control accounting and p&l reporting, Compliance controls reporting and Regulatory reporting for both global regimes and local in-country regulations and other ancillary processes supporting trade end-to-end processing and reporting.
· Experience in implementing in-house banking technology solutions primarily in Financial Markets, Lending or Treasury Markets.
· Experience in project management and SDLC methodologies of both Agile and Waterfall and aware of their limitations.
· Experience in business analysis and in reviewing business analyst’s requirements, functional specifications, process flows and other business and technical documentation.
· Experience in managing stakeholder communication including timely project progress reporting to business sponsors and technology management
· Experience managing ambiguity to provide clarity and facilitate discussions to reach consensus on both technology designs and business processes.

· Strong knowledge of software architecture design and principles
· Ability to learn new tools/systems (booking, processing, and reporting) and understand technology and functional designs
