1. Lead the C&B non-medical team to develop C&B and performance management strategies, and translate them into policies, practices, and processes.
2. Oversee the annual review exercise for performance management, salary increment and bonuses
3. Participate in annual salary benchmarking exercises and reviews.
4. Manage the payroll and benefits administration and vendors.
5. Build collaborative partnership with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments.
6. Derive insights from C&B data to improve, enable more effective people decisions and optimize cost.
7. Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance to relevant regulations and policies
